What information will we collect about you? When you Sign-up on Rooms service, we will ask for information about you and your rental need or property (if applicable). You need to enter this information in order to enable us to provide you with the Rooms service you require. If you decide to become a premium member, we will also require you to make payment with your debit or credit card. All our payments are processed via PayPal.com and Stripe online secure payment system and Apple Pay and Google Pay In-App payment. You will make payment through Stripe or PayPal's secure website or Apple Pay and Google Pay In-App payment. We don't have access to your financial information or ask you for your credit card or bank account details. When you use PayPal or stripe or Apple Pay and Google Pay In-App payment, your financial information is not shared with us Rooms (us). Through stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay In-App payment secure payment option; we can accept AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Debit cards or you can optionally login and pay through your PayPal account.
How will we use the information we collect about you? We will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following: Search for matches to your profile. Display your profile in other user searches. Allow you to send and receive messages. The IP addresses can be used to identify the location of users and can be used to block disruptive users and usage.
When will we use your information to contact you? We may contact you in the following situations: In order to deliver to you with the service you have signed up for (e.g. notify you of matches, messages, password reminders). Where you have opted to receive further correspondence (e.g. newsletters). To invite you to participate in surveys about our services (participation is always voluntary). How long will we keep your personal information? We are required to hold your personal information in our systems for as long as it is necessary for the service you have signed up for. If you wish us to remove the personal information, we hold about you then you would be required to cancel your account (which would delete all of your ads, profile, and messages). Once you do this your account is flagged as deleted in the database.
